Nominated as ASQMS Master Trainer

In my role as an ASQMS Master Trainer, I collaborated with the Chinese and European ASQMS oversight organizations to adapt and enhance the standard for international use. This included the correction and refinement of the ASQMS standard translation from the original Chinese. The most challenging aspect of the role was developing and preparing training materials for use outside of China and improving examination content to ensure clarity and alignment with global expectations.

🚀 Major Announcement - I am pleased to share that I am officially stepping into the ASQMS spotlight.
Since December 2024, I have been working on a project that is of great importance to me. I am now prepared to share some details about it.

I am delighted to share that I have been nominated to serve as ASQMS Master Trainer.

Over the past few months, I've had the privilege of collaborating with colleagues from the Chinese ASQMS oversight organization to prepare for the international rollout of ASQMS—the Automotive Software Quality Management System standard.

What exactly is ASQMS?
ASQMS is a comprehensive quality management system framework designed specifically for automotive software suppliers. It encompasses not only in-vehicle software, but also roadside or cloud-based software, including distributed software systems. This process framework encompasses software from the development stage through continuous upgrades and maintenance, and up to the end of product life cycle.

Originating in China, it establishes organizational and project processes tailored to the highly complex and safety-critical automotive software industry.

It aligns with standards such as IATF 16949 or EN 9100, or aSPICE in the project perspective, yet it possesses its own unique characteristics, firmly rooted in regulatory oversight and supplier performance excellence.

I am pleased to have contributed to establishing this standard in the European quality culture and to developing training materials that reflect the latest performance standards.

Now that the initiative is coming to fruition, it is a privilege to see the results of our collective efforts.

📅 The pilot training is scheduled to begin in KW 15 (April 7–13, 2025).This will be the inaugural official rollout of the new international training content, and I am genuinely excited to contribute to shaping the future on a global scale.

I am eager to see the direction in which this initiative will lead. 🌏✈️#ASQMS
