As someone who thrives on healthy discussions and challenging existing paradigms, I believe in pushing our approaches toward the future. It’s crucial to question our current approaches and innovate to be better. But there's a big difference between constructive debate and spreading falsehoods.

"A picture is worth a thousand words," they say, and I couldn't agree more. Similarly, "Data do not lie; people do." Today, I want to share simple facts about the growth of assessors from 2021 to the first half of 2024, with a focus on Asia and China. The numbers don’t just suggest growth; they show an undeniable surge. China is fastest growing area together with Korea and India this is most dynamic comunity of aSPICE.

This increase is clear not only in the data but also in the many training sessions I am leading. This growth isn’t about external pressures on suppliers by german OEMS; it's about a need for solid framework, even for the asia based OEMs. I’ve seen many colleagues from Asia stepping up and making significant contributions to our field.

Let's not be misled by mere talk. In the world of quality assurance, data is our language.

Contrary to what some may say, Automotive SPICE is thriving in Asia. The data is there for anyone to see. Feel free to look at the numbers or challenge this view with data of your own.

Let’s commit to speaking with data and advancing quality everywhere.
